NextStep India, managed by Iprismworld LLP, provides professional training courses. By purchasing a course or service you accept this Refund Policy.
No-Refund Policy
All course purchases are final. Once payment is completed and access or course materials have been provided, we do NOT offer refunds for any reason (change of mind, inability to attend, dissatisfaction, partial completion, etc.).
Double Payment Exception
If a duplicate payment is made for the same course/order, NextStep India will verify the duplicate and refund the extra amount. Verified duplicate refunds will be credited within 10 business days to the original payment method where possible.
How to Request a Duplicate-Payment Refund
Email: info@nextstepindia.in with:
• Full name and registered email/phone
• Course name/order ID
• Transaction IDs or receipts showing both payments
• Preferred contact method
We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and may request further information.
Processing Time & Confirmation
Once verified, duplicate-payment refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refund timing to appear in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before initiating chargebacks. We will investigate all disputes. Invalid chargebacks may be contested; repeated abuse may result in account suspension.
Course Transfers, Cancellations & Credits
Because access and materials are provisioned immediately after payment, refunds are not provided. Schedule transfers or credits may be considered at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
Technical or Access Issues
Contact support for access problems. Issues caused by user hardware/internet do not qualify for refunds.
